I think you'd be better off finding poker forums than review sites. If you sign up through a review site you'll be locked into an affiliate arrangement with no hope for a rakeback deal.
The best poker forum by far is twoplustwo (intending no disrespect to this one...). Also, be prepared for a host of private messages and solicitations from people who want you to affiliate with them. My rule is simple: I ignore anything unsolicited. Take it for what it's worth.
You'll probably find that most knowledgable people will say that the best site for tournaments is Pokerstars. And you're in luck there because they are currently running a deposit bonus (20% up to $120). You must deposit by 11/27. Pokerstars is top-notch in all respects.
Weak players? The weakest are at Pacific; then Party. The toughest are at UltimateBet and Pokerstars. But there are plenty of weakies at every site; polish your table selection skills and you'll be fine. Sorry, I'm not familiar with most of the small poker sites hosted by sportsbooks.
