This is to any of the MODs, here:

Will you guys start a points system that will give the THE RX POSTERS Points for their contributions and use the points to redeem certain things?

Not a mod, but wouldn't that just promote trolling and spam like posts.

And the RX is an information website, not really a merchandise site, they don't really have things, besides maybe a polo or cap, that the mods offer in occasional trivia contests and such.

This matter has been discussed more than once in the 5 years I have been Head Mod here at this forum and been found not feasible in the past each time.

Our sponsors offer many promotions to our posters, which take priority over any kind of website giveaway, We also sponsor our annual Bash every August in Las Vegas. That being said I will bring up the subject again in a meeting I have scheduled with Rx upper management in January. I will report results of the discussion in the Offshore forum.


Thank you for your suggestion, one never knows when an idea will become reality.
