I am really impressed by the outpouring of advice and the compassion shown for the most part. Goes to show you that most of us are a bunch of good guys who dont want to see this happen to anyone. The messed up part is that you would have been better off spending the time with the family rather that handicapping as far as winning is concerned.It's not really the loss of money that seems to be the main thing lost here but rather the loss of a person by his family. If you put the monet back and then tell your wife what happened and she doesnt accept that then you should get a divorce.Unleess this is the umpteenth time this has happened and in that even I can't fault the woman.
