So i have a HUGE man crush on Clemson LB Isaiah Simmons.
His draft prop over/under 7.5 with the under at -300.
I'm looking to make a large bet on the under but something is holding me back.
Many people have him projected going 4th to the NYG.
However, I have heard that the NYG GM who thinks out of the box may go offensive lineman at pick 4 to protect his qb and rb.
If that happens that draft will look like:
1) Burrow
2) Young
3) DB from Ohio State
4) OL
5) Miami takes QB
6) LAC takes QB
7) Carolina
My question is would carolina want simmons? They lost Luke and he'd be a hometown pick. My next question: Is it worth paying -300 to have a crazy sweat on a 50/50 shot that carolina takes simmons if the first 6 picks go the way i said it would up above?
What would you do in this situation? Anyone have any insight?
