You can come up with as many questions as you like ...
He will be around later on today to answer them ... but,
let me advise you, the bet was taken, not just that, it was in the account as a winner, the money was in the account, and almost a week after they came up with all the history that it was a scam ...
Tell me honestly ! Since when you have to provide phone records to prove a BET ... Is this a joke???
I don't know about PANAM but l don't care because we are not talking about them ...
I know that you can have a delay here and there in payouts ... but in PLAYCR this goes on constantly!!

Don't try to come up with computer B.S. that maybe the race had not cleared , Read first ... they say " races in the computer are with 5 post time before the race goes off" this in order to avoid the clients to past post a bet ...
Why was the bet taken the???? why the money was on the account??? why did they took the money and then closed the account???

Lets face it and be real ...

Well, duh, it was a "winner". Who calls to complain that a losing bet should be counted against him?
What money was "taken"? You've already stated it was a credit account and the agent should make the dermination.
Actually, PlayCR's phone company billing would have records of every call with the phone number of the caller, since PlayCR gets charged for 800 number calls. Your "friend's" phone number would be there with the time of the call.
You never heard of Panam? (yet, you managed to find this forum) What rock have you been living under. It was the biggest no-pay story of the past year. Panam was relevant as an example of a no-pay compared to a RARE slow-play.
You are accusing them of doctoring the computer records (and it taking them weeks to do it). Your "friend" could have printed the ticket off his (your) computer at any time or allowed a neutral party like General to see the supposedly "undoctored" version.

DonB (not daddyincr) posted about the 5 minutes as a typical practice at some books. PlayCR made a mistake (or was dealing with bad information) in taking a past-posted wager. It would be a bigger to mistake to actually payout on a race that was over before the bet was made. Any mistakes PlayCR made in detecting the thievery before the fact, does not entitle the thief to payment.

Does this help anybody:

the following is posted on playcr's website:

If your wager is accepted it still must be before post time as listed on www.equibase.com - Results

Maybe this will clear it up.
