I agree they have great lines, no doubt.

They pay, don't ask for a check cause its very slow.

And you better take over 500.00 on withdrawals or they charge you, ridiculous rule.

Their horse book is an absolute joke, wait 45min. to an hour to have it graded and the software blows.

Don't bother calling they are rude and callous! "When" you get an email, its so poorly written I have to read it twice to figure out what the hell they trying to say.

Great lines, yes! Everything else, average at best!

I agree, Pinnacle is easily one of the top books in the world. No question about it.

Solid book but their customer service stinks. Some of the previous posters have brought up some of those shortcomings at Pinnacle. Their latest flaw is they have left a lot of soccer games off the board for no reason at all.

Pinnacle does what they want and if you don't like it, they will tell you that's the way it is. E-mail communication is fine for some things but there are times you need to talk to a live person and that's nearly impossible at Pinnacle.

Good book, but overrated.

I'll tell you why they have incidiously left those soccer games off the board, they were losing them! And I was one of the people beating them on them, playing the draws and then they just started leaving them off the board. Yes is their right to do what they want but "the best book out there" would not be afraid to put up the lines, I'm perplexed at the amount of backing pinnacle gets.

Great lines yes, but everything else average at best!
