I merged a few of the redundant threads, but it's obviously the big story of the day. The lead story on the Las Vegas sportscast was even "Gamblers have a heart attack at the end of the Pittsburgh game".

I know it gets old-especially if you weren't on the game, but what can you do? It's by far the most controversial thing to happen in a while, so people are going to blow a gasket.

On top of the booth review official is probably an ex NFL ref and he should know the rules... So how did he not get it right either???

Your telling me with the officials on the field, the officials supervisor, booth guys, that not one of them knows/knew the correct ruling on this play???

If I am to believe that then every official working that game should be fined or fired for being incompetent for not doing/knowing their job...

Don't you become a head ref because you know the rules inside and out?

Well I guess not, you become a head ref because you will be the NFL's puppet and call games whatever way they want...

Naw, I haven't heard a thing about the #s (Doubt that anyone really knows at this point).

SportsOptions showed 70% on the Steelers, which is pretty much middle of the road as far as home favs go.

I actually missed the end of the game, but I've seen blown calls in all sports. Bad call? Fix? Who knows....
