Well Pino, that wouldn't surprise me a whole lot. I've stood up for a lot of players only to eventually learn that they were full blown cheats.

The burden of proof is on you to justify why you aren't paying. Until you do that, you WILL be labeled a stiff.

Not really, If I had to prove it would be in court and I would be suing more than one person. The money involved is not worth it so I will leave it at that. Out of respect I had told Patrick he was free to email me and I would go over it with him but he chose to bash me on this board instead.
I keep my personal info personal. Last year everyone was saying that Safari was stiffing them yet when they posted it to ask if anyone had been stiffed no one responded. Every month we have players that do not get paid because of fraudulent credit cards fraudulent addresses etc. We also get a number of chargeback’s from stolen cards. There are many reasons and situation. What I told you is all I can say on the subject of this one player. If I were to pursue it we would be dealing with a fraud issue and I do not want to elaborate. Just will post that safe guards have been put in place and it should not happen this year.

You're not paying the guy his money. If you think that you can do it without justification, you're nuts. If you want to do it quietly & not give anyone any ideas (not a bad idea) you have to pay the guy-otherwise JUSTIFY!!!

You can't just walk away with the guy's money, unless you are right. You & your books name are on the line here.

If this guy was screwing you, prove it & clear your name. It would be more positive advertising than you could buy.

I do not have to justify anything here. If lakerfan is out funds I would rather give it to him than pay this guy. I will leave it at that. I get very little business from hear except when someone needs to be bailed out of funds from another casino. And no one should consider bailing this guy out for any reason.
