I don't know, S.D. Boise state really racks up the points on the smurf turf, but they don't do so well on the road. On the other hand, Louisville has put up great numbers home and away. They can actually play defense, too. I think we can count on Louisville for their 40, not so sure about Boise holding up their end to hit such a high total against that Louiville D.

83 now seems slightly high.

I don't think I can remember a higher total for pro/college football.

Is the Liberty Bowl turf or grass? No way it goes over if on grass.

I believe it is grass there and also think the difference here is defense. Louisville has some D and Boise does not. All you need is 3 or 4 stops on drives and one or two longish drives(Louey does like to run it) and this will stay under. Allthough you won't ever feel safe with these two offenses and what they CAN do. I'm thinking the side a better play here, looking for Louey to get enough stops on defense and win this one 45 - 24. No way it goes over. Boise has played absolutely NO ONE. Louisville will drop the hammer on them big time.

Actually, Boise can play a little bit of defense; there is a reason why they are undefeated, and not solely on their offense. With the slower field at the Liberty Bowl, and anticipating weather and injuries and such, this should be an under; not sure how the money will come in (already it has come in on the overs when 80.5 opened), but 83.5 is a nice enough number to grab for under

Bubba, they may have an okay defense in their conference agreed, but all I keep thinking about is the way their defense played against SJS(on grass) late in the season. SJS did as they pleased and feel Louey will also score at will on them and will get the necessary stops on D to cover and probably stay under as well. Thanks and GL

They played (and beat) a pretty good Oregon State team. However, I do agree on the UNDER 83.

I'm not so sure. They gave up 49 to SJSU and 42 to Tulsa. Louisville is infinitely better than both of those teams.

The only way it goes over is if Louisville scores 84 themselves.

You are all the same people that took St Louis -14 in the SuperBowl vs New England, or Miami -13.5 against Ohio St. a couple years ago ;) I had the underdog straight with the ML in both those games.

Boise St +550 is the best shot at making big bucks in the bowl season. Take it!

Much better athletes on both sides of the ball for Louisville and don't give Boise much of a chance for the straight up myself but good luck to you, will be a nice payout if you're right. GL
