Thats is so wrong... A great coach IMO is able to get the most out of his players and the great ones are able to make average players great or at least to another level.
Rick Adleman this year has been a great coach...he does what a great coach does....get the most out of his players

u think doc rivers is a good coach? he was crap in orlando because he didnt have the players. he goes to boston and gets 3 hall of famers on his team and all of a sudden hes a great coach. he just doesnt fuck things up and is just a good guy. just by doing that, with 3 hall of famers, is enough to win a championship. id like to see phil jackson coach the clippers, see how good they do. you need superstars to win the championship, in the nba at least.

i am...the chosen one

Since the general concensus is ,Jackson is a good coach (not a great coach), could someone enlighten me as to who they think might be a great coach (and how many championship rings do they have)?
Greg Popavich by far best coach (4) with less talent and a almost different players by the end of his reign~~:<<, Doc Rivers is as good (1), George Carl will show you why he is better in the next round.
