Problem is Costco only sells the boxes of planks ! Any 1/4 round, stairnose, or other trim items.... you have to oreder shipped to you from the manufacturer.

It would be a good and cheap option, if no stairs to deal with.

You must take off your existing moulding, and re-install it, over the floor. Construction adhesive ( liquid nails) and a few finishing nails works fine, then plan on painting the moulding, BTW !

take a look at armstrong grand illusions (cherry natural).
it's a great combination of good looks and durabilty.
it's better than most synthetics and natural wood
products. it's a relatively new product.
