I had NO IDEA that dogs were leased...Live and learn. I didn't follow the entire article closely, but it seemed she thought she was buying the dog on a payment plan..Unreal ignorance.

if your kid wants a puppy and you have short money you can get out of the pet store for under 200.00 with your dog. of course you pay through the nose afterwards but people don't think this through. they want the dog so they just do it and hope they hit the lottery later. no one repo's dogs. they may threaten to but that is just a ploy to get them to pay.
