I shut down my season long thread due to a swarm of miscreants and shitbirds coming into it and defecating
all over the place. According to the psychoanalysis performed on me by BETALLSPORTS, my problem
is with CRITICISM, at any level. :smashf:I guess I don't take kindly to piranhas and vipers coming into my dedicated
season long thread with obvious intentions to desecrate it. Go figure. I expected some Admin backup after I
requested them numerous times to stay out of my thread, but no luck. I guess it's "OK" them come in my season
long thread for the express purpose of shitting on me and/or I "asked for it!":missingte
Anyway, it is what it is. The system is rigged, so I'll go with the flow and toe the line. I'll just keep your record, do an
occasional game selection thread, and do "meet and greet" and "wish good luck" posts like INDIANA. That's clearly a benign
posting activity and will get my post count up.
Seems to work for him (he's been doing that for years,) so why not me? :grandmais

I think it's best that the thread remains closed. BETALLSPORTS basically has given anyone and everyone the "green light" to
enter into my dedicated threads and post incendiary comments having nothing to do with the plays I've posted. It's not about
being "overly sensitive" or getting "bent out of shape easily is someone pisses me off." I certainly invite and welcome criticism and
opposing views in my dedicated threads if the comments have something to do with plays I've posted. If the comments are
unrelated to my posted plays and instead focus on superfluous attacks on me, that defeats the reason for keeping the thread.
At that juncture, it's no fun for me.
I'd rather have the thread die a premature death than to be routinely subjected to constant harassment. I thought openly warning my agitators
and detractors to stay out of my threads would be sufficient, but it's clear those requests won't be heeded. My warnings have absolutely no effect.
Anyway, it's interesting to see that my thread got over 72,000 views in about 3 to 4 days. I really enjoyed putting together my game selections
with graphics and videos. I was looking forward to a full season of adding to it and communicating with the decent members of the Rx like
yourself. Alas, I don't need my thread to be an unregulated war zone taking on the riff raft. Hence, it's best to kill the thread and focus on
on record keeping for PENNYWISE, post an occasional game selection in dedicated threads, and provide salutations and goodwill like INDIANA does.

Thanks for the kind words, but it's best that thread dies a premature death. I was having a blast making my selections and putting the time in
with the graphics/videos, but when taking pot shots on me is condoned and allowed by the management, no thanks. I don't need
the aggravation. It's clear to me the piranhas and vipers have free unfettered reign. So be it.
Contrary to BETALLSPORTS' fallacious "diagnosis" of my online psychological profile, I can handle criticism. If the criticism is
constructive and related to the plays I post, that's totally cool. I actually welcome that. It may shed some angle to my play I hadn't
thought of. That's what makes the exchanges here at the Rx worthwhile. However, if the commentary in my thread is based
on purely personal aspersions, what's the point? Especially when launched after if I warn my antagonists to stay out of my thread. I always
thought you had a right to ask trouble making members to stay out of your thread. Obviously, I'm dead wrong. Again, I'll tow the line
and accept the ruling on the field and move forward. Not every play will be confirmed or overruled with instant replay. Nature of the business.
No big deal. I'll still make dedicated game selection threads like PENNYWISE does. I just thought keeping all of my picks in one thread would be convenient.

I think Florida is in for some drubbings in the SEC. Maybe their defense will keep them
in games, but that offense is still putrid. Just like 2015's edition. Playing UNDERS with them
might be the call if the prices are right. Del Rio as QB? I'm not sold on him yet. Perhaps he'll
blossom as the season goes on? We'll see.
!/The first week is the toughest week to cap. Week #3 is my favorite. But the first week, if you can come out with your teeth still intact, you did something right..haha
