Boyd had a couple very rough outings in early June, but he's had a bunch of at least decent outings in July and early August, and then pitched 7 innings of 2 hit shutout ball at Texas in his last start. Even in that game, he only struck out three and walked two, so he didn't miss a lot of bats. Red Sox can score in bunches though, and Detroit should put up runs on Buchholz, whose stat line is awful. Let's hope their bats awaken back home, as they sure stunk up KC scoring 3 runs total in 3 games.
