I'm treating it's Tampa Bay Rays RL -1.5 +120 for record keeping purposes.

I'm checking out the live line movements for Las Vegas and the Offshores, and I saw this RL opened up at +115 at many
shops. Therefore, it's safe to say PENNYWISE meant +120.
