I feel this has the chance to be very low scoring game. Both teams lost some important playmakers on offense and both have solid defense. I really can’t see this game being high scoring at all. Penn State played in a lot of low scoring grind it out kind of games last season and this won’t be no different. Let’s ride the under 1st half!
