I thought this was such a harmless snack until I realized what kind of pounds I was putting on.
I said this is good for me. It's natural. Omega 3. No additives. Healthy fats. Yada Yada. Everytime I felt like eating something that wasnt an actual meal, this is what I ate. Reasoning to myself that it's just a snack . I was siked to have the peanut butter that drips off the knife and onto the cracker. I kept thinking how awesome this shit was and I was glad to have spent the extra buck to get the qaulity PB.
Then I stepped on the scale and I was like holy shit. I must have picked up 5 pounds in 2 weeks.
The PB and crackers was an ill fated idea for RobFunk. I guess it's not OK to have 7 or 8 of these because I can't go to sleep or because I have nothing better to do.
I am not sure why I am saying all of this. I guess I am bored and I wanted to post something here in the health forum.
So that's it. This is not the ideal snack. It's 190 calories per two table spoons. And then plus the cracker. Each cracker with PB on it, roughly 40 or 50 cals.
