yes they are fully taxable both federal and state....the SITE however has nothing to do with it no does neteller....YOU are responsible for self reporting the income. as long as the transactions are small and the irs does not audit the account you are transfering them into you should have no problem...you move more than 3000 at a time however your bank may be reporting these transactions......
