Usa pick.. does that mean i need a win in regulation? or does overtime count..

Im pretty sure it means if USA draws in regulation you get your money back for that match

your book should have that clarified on the ticket, my book does and puts it in exclamation points by saying (regulation time only) on some and not on others

Same, but I believe in his case its a push if they draw in regulation time.

Sportsbook has USA +135, Tie +210, and Ghana +200. Is this regulation only. How can there be a tie in the knockout round?

the wager is only in regulation time, not overtime. If they are tied after 90 minutes plus injury time its a draw in that wager.
