I think the controversy is because Carl's Jr commercials air at all times of the day. If this commercial was contained to prime-time and late night TV schedule then end of conterversy. But when they air it Sunday morning 8am during Seasme Street then thats a whole different issue. JMO. I personally like it.

the controversy is because of all of the Bible Belt thumping Jesus Freaks who have RUINED this country want everyone to live life like they do - a very repressed life with no fun at all and the second anyone shows any sign of having fun in life - these people want to eliminate that - using all sorts of bullsh*t reasons to do so

the amazing thing is these people are using their 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech to try and stop Carl's from doing the same
