ASUNCION, Paraguay (AP) -- Paraguayan officials have put down a prison riot by agreeing to inmates' demands for more sex.
Justice Minister Derlis Osorio said Friday the riot at the Esperanza industrial prison ended after four hours without deaths or injuries.
Officials said they'll let the inmates have conjugal visits after daytime work hours.
They also promised to improve the behavior of guards.
Paraguay permits conjugal visits for inmates, but earlier rules specified they had to occur during the daytime.
At that time, prisoners at Esperanza are busy being trained in jobs such as making clothes. <!--startclickprintexclude-->
