Does cold (not snow) have any effect on the over/under in a game?
I have come to the conclusion that SNOW has NO effect in reducing the points in a game. I lost big time in the SF/Cincy game a few weeks ago when it was pounding snow. Neither team could stop scoring touchdowns. Not sure what the cold can do. The NE/Jacksonvile game also went over in snowy conditions a few weeks ago.
