He would never be fired but literally every team in the NFL wants him right now.
He can name his place and his pay and the saints would probably get 2 or 3 1st round picks for him.

put the crack pipe down, multiple first round picks for him..... nobody has snagged him for a single 2nd round pick yet. I think Payton for much is a system coach that got lucky at the right time. hof type qb, spread offense etc. the defense has been garbage most of the time.

Glad to be wrong about that one. Pagano is a good Coach. Maybe now their idiot GM, or a new one, will start to build that team right, and not rely on guys that are already retired, but still want to collect a check. Wrong about the SD situation also, and again, keeping McCoy is the right move.
