4' height
6 gauge chain link
12 gauge posts (4)
Privacy slats
Anchored in concrete

Was quoted $1200, seems very high?

There is no dirt, it's being mounted directly on the concrete...anchored in

as far as the price goes I dont have a clue. but anything fencing related is usually over priced

Have overseen many fence projects as President of HOA and that price is outrageous...Chain link fencing installed should be around 15,00 per foot...However I don't know why you would would even want that when you can get nice black aluminum for around 28.00 per foot...Especially for no more than you need and the fact it is in front of your house...However i see you included privacy slats...So why don't you just have vinyl privacy fence installed...You would only need maybe 3 panels at a cost of a whopping 150 bucks or so and any fence builder with an ounce of brains would no this would take no more than a couple of hours to install...Out the door price 400.00...

why not wood
