Open letter to RR posters

One of the first places I hit on the Rx was the rubber room. I heard (from other places on the net) that there were some great cappers down here and some good things to learn. I came here, and it was true...a lot of great cappers posting their picks and their thoughts on handicapping. I've followed the RR ever since, for the past 6 months.

Now though, there are 10 "bashing" posts for every handicapping post. Don't you guys realize this is ruining the entire reputation of the RR? You guys could be not just the best handicapping spot on the Rx, but the best spot on the internet for handicapping! It's just not worth it though to wade through all the BS posted down here.

C'mon guys, keep the shit out of here, and leave your petty arguments somewhere else. Take this room back to what is has been and what it should be. A handicapping room, not a flaming room.

I know I'm opening myself up to a lot of criticism for this post, but that's fine with me. I can take the bashing. I just wish the RR could get back on focus and do what it does best...HANDICAPPING

Great Post. MFG, Kodiak and Shack were allowed to crap up the TFZ thread. Now because of them it's hard to find the great threads by DM who's now 8-1 in WNBA and Sea who has dominated golf. Hopefully things will change soon. I've moved my picks to another forum which is probably good because I've been cold. I can see others doing the same if Kodiak and MFG are allowed to start 12 threads as they did a couple of days ago.

I agree about DM's WNBA posts. Should definitely be in TFZ. Even EGD seems to have bailed on that thread with his WNBA picks. It's a damn shame...lots of great info could have been found in those threads. Hopefully it will turn around come football.

raiders it is you as you can see by the lack of quality poster that come in here since you started posting that has ruined this room. Your lies and flames backed by no plays is why people like you are laughed at and scorned throughout the RX. Until you GO away this room will only be a mere shadow of what it once was...

I agree with you but as dime wrote wait til Football.A lot of the poster that gave out valuble info do not bet much on baseball.I think Dime will tell you he has very little to contribute this time of year, along with DickyW. I think posters are bored and can't find anything to capp(I know I cann't), so they pick on each other instead. Give it time, I too hope it changes come September.
