For clothes, presents etc, I will now only order from places with free shipping and free returns (including free returns to a local store)

I have ordered like 5 times from Zappos recently and they are tremendous. Any other sites you recommend that fit this criteria?

Yes, there is this new company called "Amazon". Most of their stuff has free shipping and free returns....you should check it out!
