Cops: Pervy pensioner caught pleasuring himself in Ohio library
MARCH 20--Meet Samuel McGilton. The 72-year-old West Virginia man is due today in an Ohio court to face a misdemeanor public indecency charge. McGilton, you see, was arrested last Friday for an incident earlier this month at the public library in Bellaire. According to cops, a surveillance camera captured McGilton pleasuring himself while seated at a table in the library's mezzanine. And, yes, he was wearing a dress at the time. McGilton was similarly turned out when cops slapped on the bracelets last week, as can be seen in the mug shots on the following pages.
