oh my my, it's looking like it really happened, even Obama's denial suggests such

paraphrasing "it was the policy of my office to NOT INTERFERE with an investigation"

translation, the wiretaps happened, actually looking for dirt on Trump before the election

priceless baby

Correct.

In June 2016 the Hussein regime filed a request with FISA to monitor communications involving Donald Trump and several advisers. The request was denied at the time but it is undeniable proof they have been trying to sabotage/destabilize Trump for some time.

The Kenyan along with Valerie Jarrett and George Soros (all not Americans, btw) pulling the strings behind the scenes are beyond evil.

Draining the swamp wasn't going to be easy, but when all is said and done people should be jailed over this.

lmao, and this doesn't worry you, that the Obama regime apparently went the legal route to get the wiretaps and at the time didn't have enough to get that done, now if the allegations are true and there was a tap done, then it was done because the burden of proof was then met. I can't believe you think this is a good thing for your side. If this is true this is the worst possible thing for Trump. The man is an idiot with no common sense to bring this out. The best case he could hope for is that Obama tried to get this done around FISA but sounds like they were there from every step.

The FISA Court is 11 judges that all have to agree there are likely crimes being committed to authorize a warrant. If a FISA was issued, bad news for Trump:(

It is highly unlikely given that the POTUS does not have legal authority to "order a wiretap"

Presidents do illegal shit all the time. I would say every war for the last 40 years is proof

What crimes would those be? Trump didn't hack the computer. Berry himself said the hacking or leaking had no impact on the election in terms of votes...So it shaped public opinion. What could possibly shape the public opinion on those emails leaked and the 33k that were wiped off a private server? What was in those emails that the Obama administration deemed so damning?!?! Let's go down that rabbit hole shall we Liberal cucks?

Why in the hell would the admin for a sitting POTUS be asking for a wiretap of a presidential candidate? Did they ask for the same for Hillary's phones?

Doesn't this bother anyone?

Who says it was requested by Obama (besides the tweeter in chief)? Again, the POTUS doesn't submit wiretap requests to FISA...what planet is this

So you think the FBI is part of the president's administration?

Here is a better question. If a FISA warrant was approved to tap Trump Towers, what kind of evidence must have been submitted to get 11 judges to approve it?

Strawman nonsense. Those emails have nothing to do with the topic at hand, stop trying to conflate the issues to distract from the actual topic.

Asking 919 to tell you what crimes is pointless as he isn't one of the judges of the fisa court is he. We don't know what crime we do know that to reach the burden of proof needed to bring about a wiretap on a us citizen the matter is serious, national interests serious. That should be alarming enough for any US citizen regardless of party to demand some answers but as usual half the country depending on the issue is fixated on the wrong issue.

11 judges don't approve it. The FISA court rotates from the 11 each week. Three judges have to approve a FISA warrant and it isn't clear what type of evidence was used here.
But, it is a relaxed probable cause standard and by all accounts the evidence presented was "Bannon did business in Russia"

Considering that Trump didn't have to be named in the warrant in order for the phones at Trump tower to be tapped, not really.

Wiretapping Trump Tower and intercepting communications from monitoring Russians isn't the same thing. But whatever...

LOL.
You've been nothing but spectacularly wrong on the entirety of this topic.
