Ah Ha Now The "A" Team Steps Up
Hey Buddy, how're things w/you & Mrs Ted? Just chugging along here, as usual. As you might expect my BIG play for the wkend is my GG -6-! Starting to get a tad scarry w/everyone & their bro also on it. There's been various explanations for the non movement of the line. Looking just @ the Orange w/a HS QB 5 yrs away from his last foots competion, and all the defections, not to mention new HC & system, just can't see any other outcome. Of course as all my ex's will attest, I have been wrong before.
As for tonite I got NCS early @ 3-, also Troy -6-, NTX + 17-! Other than the GG gm my fav. is UTEP which I got early @ -6-! BOL my friend, wish my residence was in the Bay area, as I've told you I love the place Take care of yourself.:toast:.

OMT: You aren't that old if you graduated Cal in 1970. Compared to me you are a young man.
Anyway I think you are making a mistake in not rating your plays by stars as you did last year. I had almost all your 5* plays last year and made some good money on them (I missed one of the losers) I didn't bet your other games because I didn't want the volume of bets. Because of the way you are going to do it this year I will not be playing any of your games.
Why don't you take an informal poll in your thread and see how the other guys feel about it?

Now to your point, the reason I was going to all 5* plays was because I felt it would result in a greater profit for my followers. If you take last year's record above, at 5* per play, the net profit would have been 51.75 units instead of 43.21. However, that being said, I have left you a thread to do as you wish. There does seem to be some confusion as the longtime RX members are familiar with my varying the rating of my plays while our newer members will learn as we go. Because of that I will edit my plays for this week awaiting the results of any poll you wish to start. Best of luck to you this football season.

It appears that there may be some confusion over how I have decided to rate my plays this year. Longtime RX members are used to me varying the rating of my plays and rating them all 5* may be misleading plus doesn't help to differentiate between a regular play and stronger plays. Therefore, I am going to edit my plays for this week and need feedback as to how you wish for me to present my selections. Flat 5* or Vary 3*-5*. Thank you for your help.

I have followed your thread now for the 3rd football season. (Even though to the left it states that I was a member since 2008, that is not accurate. Some computer mix up happened and I had to reregister again in 2008 after actually starting in 2007.)
Anyway, the rating system would be the one I would choose. Several reasons, some already mentioned but it would be consistent with the past.
If everything were rated a 5* today, and I just looked at your top post instead of reading through, I would think they were all top plays as per your past history.
Which ever way you choose, we appreciate your time and dedication to helping.
