I have a lean toward Wisconsin. IMHO, they have the better Offense, Defense and Special Teams and believe the Badgers are the more motivated team here. The Badgers have the better ground game behind the running of Johnathan Taylor and the better quarterback in Alex Hornbrook. Plus, they have the better defense against the run and pass with a stout unit holding teams to 92.6 and 160.6 ypg respectively versus the Canes holding teams to 146.1 and 213.7 ypg respectively. That makes the Canes vulnerable against the run (the strong suit of the Badgers) and the pass. I expect the Badgers to be able to move the ball reasonably effectively and the Canes to struggle on offense. I always look for the stronger defense and, in the case it's the Badgers. Hope this helps you. Always glad to share my thoughts if anyone asks. Happy Holidays to you as well!
I like Wisconsin for their D and rushing offense too. A little worry on how Wisconsin players will deal with warmer weather and Miami’s home turf. But I think those are minor factors considering they’ve been very disciplined all years. Thanks for your response!
