Those games are all 2:1 or greater. I need my head examined. I'm gonna re think these plays. I may play the under with you. Just hate unders at Coors

Why not play the RL on those games? I know you prefer the ML, but laying that kind of wood is expensive.

I feel really bad. You had all three. Phillies, Rockies, and White Sox but you felt the ML's were to high and I was trying to talk you into playing the RL. I was surprised when you played the Under and dropped the Rockies and Sox. I feel like I cost you some serious money today. When you like something, stick to it please. If we happen to like the same thing all the better but don't change to something I am on that you wouldn't normally play like the Under at Coors field. Tomorrow is another day. Let's get em.

Don't feel bad. Cause I don't feel bad. I almost never change my mind. I study,I read,I study more a pick my spots. But when I saw the money lines it freaked me a bit. I usually play from a nickel to 2 dimes a game. Those were gonna be 2 dimes each at 2:1. I lose all thats 12 dimes I am down which I could not get back in one day. So I was conservative and it was ok for today. Not for tomorrow

you a horse player?

First of all, from you other posts, thanks because I really take seriously if someone loses money that they otherwise would have won. Now, as to horses, the answer is absolutely. I have actually played the horses longer then Sports Betting. Not by much but a couple of years longer. 40 years to be precise. Don't know if you are aware of this but I start a thread almost everyday in the Horse Racing Forum entitled "DRF Race Of The Day" where I and other horse racing posters put down their selections for that race. Check it out sometime. I've had my share of winners, particularly recently but I wouldn't recommend following me.

betting is serious business. But I never go crazy about a loss or a win. Sometime dissapointed on how it turns out,but never kill myself over it I can't. My mood never changes if I lose. My wife said I can gamble all I want but cannot affect the family. Meaning If I lose a big bet don't take it out on her or the kids,I agreed. I get excited to win but never cry about my loses. I guess I have trained my self

^^^ That takes a lot of discipline. Maybe it's cause I'm new but there are times I want to punch walls after a loss.

Excellent attitude to have. Wins and losses. Treat both those imposters the same. There is always the next one. Never get too high or too low. :toast:

It does take discipline but it also comes over time if it comes at all. If it doesn't, the anger could ruin your health, life and everything around you.

kon,
seems like you play lots of parlays. It's hard to win 1 game thats why the odds are the way they are. You to be focused and study each game. I used to read the tout section, say well this guy has this, that guys has that,,,,,,,,I would look at the cappers and say I am better. With using info on here, chatting with you guys helped me. I never get angry about a loss,I look what I can do next without forcing a bet. Look it happanes I do force it every once in a while. But never take it out on your family or kids
