If it is 1400 miles which I have not checked on, I don't know how either so I don't disagree with logistics making no sense if that is the case. I have been calculating it in my head as well. I live in Chicago and it is about say 6 hours from campus. It is another 7 hours to Omaha. Trying to figure out how far it is from Omaha to Laramie right now.
A bus don't do higher than 65mph. I don't drive slower than 65MPH, and the best I can do 1400 miles is about 19 hrs with just pitstops and no resting along the way. So, for Ohio U to arrive on game day means they take a big risk, gambling that there won't be a flat tire or blown hose on a 1400 miles journey. Fat chance.

21 hours on a bus i can't believe this is true. i could not find anything else on the web. But the game would be noon eastern meaning they would have to leave by like noon today in order to be there by game time. 3 hours of prep. I really doubt this is possible.
