I'm the same way, I do watch the jockeys though, I'll wager on any jockeys that win/place too

Have fun, Willie. That's my mecca. Was there two weeks ago and will again be there Labor Day weekend. You don't have to win to be happy when you're in Saratoga. Checking out the world's best horses while also checking out tons of beautiful women is a can't beat combination.

Good luck Willy. Some friends of mine from Saratoga used to rent their house out for the month of August every year. Easy money.

Never have bet horses east of Central Standard Time zone while present. It’s widely believed horse racing is fixed. I know. , hard to believe. For some odd reason I always had more faith in “unfixed”horse racing in Central and Western U.S..

To be honest I don’t know why other than maybe the mob was more prevalent east coast and fixed things more locally “back” in the day.
