both pieces of scum want to use tax money to pay mortgages for retards who bought something they cant afford, and in the process artifically keep housing prices high, so not only are taxpayers footing the bill, the those who have been responsible will get double whammied
1)pay for other houses
2)houses are now less affordable

The people looking to flip houses were the wealthy.

Bullshit, anyone who thought they could make money was trying to flip houses.

I closed hundreds of properties for people who never should have been qualified for the loans they were getting but every last person knew exactly what they were getting into and every detail was explained to them. There comes a point where people have to be responsible for their bad decisions. I don't need nor do I want the government making decisions for me. I want the banks to be able to use conservative measures to qualify for a loan without the threat or initimidation that they are denying loans to minorities. Qualify for the loan straight up or no loan. There are some people who will always be renters because they can't handle home ownership.
