BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack

Posted by Jim Hoft on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, 10:00 AM

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.

It's really sad that the Professional Racists on both sides are comparing this to the Trayvon Martin case. That case had merit, a kid who wasn't doing anything wrong was approached by a thug wannabe cop who stalked him and who thought he was a big shot, and he got away with killing him.
This case is entirely different. A Thug robbed a store, attacked a Duly trained Police Officer, and was shot in self defense by said officer. Those seem to be the facts at this time. I am disgusted by the media who is downplaying the Robbery angle. To me, THAT is the story, and the Police Dept. did themselves a disservice by not releasing that video as soon as they had it. Thug robbed a store with his lying accomplice, was told to get on the sidewalk by a cop, knew he was guilty of the robbery, and attacked the cop because he thought the cop was there to arrest him for the robbery. Unless other facts come out, this officer does not deserve to be indicted or arrested for anything, quite different than that sicko Zimmerman.

The supporters blast the police for putting out the video saying it had nothing to do with him getting gunned down. I agree that is proof enough he wasn't too gentle of a giant.

Zimmerman may be a sicko, but Martin and Brown were the same types of kids. He was tried in a court of law against supposedly the best prosecutor in the nation and won. Look at how these kids act in that society today. Who is to blame for that?

A standoff that began midday Tuesday when a Harvey police officer was shot continues this morning, with two suspects still barricaded inside a home and holding two children and two women hostage, authorities said.

The suspects had been holding four other children, boys between the ages of 1 and 11, but they were released safe throughout the day Tuesday, authorities said. The last of the four, one of two 1-year-olds, was taken by law enforcement from the home late Tuesday.

Citing the delicate nature of the situation, officials have released few details about how the boys were freed. The children were taken to a hospital for observation, officials said.

As the standoff continued into the morning, the Rosa L. Parks Middle School across the street from the scene was closed Wednesday as a precaution, town officials said.
Classes were not canceled at Thornton Township High School but students were told to steer clear of the police scene. Extra buses were being made available.

The standoff began about 12:45 p.m. when officers responded to a call of a break-in at the home, which is located at 147th Street / Sibley Boulevard and Robey Avenue, officials said.

An "exchange of gunfire" broke out as officers approached the scene, Harvey spokesman Sean Howard said.

Harvey Mayor Eric Kellogg said one officer suffered a graze wound to the arm and was treated at the scene. The other officer was wounded in the elbow and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, the mayor said.

The officer taken to the hospital, Darnell Keel, is a 15-year veteran, and is in his 40s said Howard.

Howard said at least one dedicated negotiator was in communication with a gunman via a window. He could not say if the hostages were related to the men.

The Harvey police chief said the offenders are not known to Harvey police.

"This is a very intense situation right now, we're aiming for it to be resolved peacefully," said Howard. "We don't want to do anything that would jeopardize the negotiation process."

Police sources said negotiators planned on cutting off power to the television inside, which the suspects were believed to be watching, so that they cannot monitor what's happening by watching the news. SWAT members were inside a large black vehicle parked on the scene.

Officials evacuated the block, involving about 100 residents, officials said.

The Cook County Sheriff's Police hostage and barricade team was at the scene, along with the Illinois State Police SWAT team, officials said. Three helicopters were also deployed.

There were 26 law enforcement agencies on the scene.

Erica Johnson, 36, of neighboring Dixmoor, was outside watching the chaos. "This really is a peaceful block. It's pretty much seniors," Johnson said.

"This makes me kind of scared. My nieces and nephews come over to visit and we don't think anything about them being outside. We really don't know anymore."

Today was the second time within a year that a Harvey police officer has been shot in the line of duty.

On Nov. 24, a Harvey police officer suffered non-life-threatening injuries when he was shot while responding to a robbery at a business at 159th and Wood Streets.

The suspect in the shooting, 25-year-old Demarcus Brandon, was shot and killed the following month by an employee who worked in a store he tried to rob on Chicago's South Side.

Meanwhile, a short distance away, a robbery took place at First Merchants Bank, 135 E. 154th St. The offender was apprehended immediately by law enforcement officials already in the area. No one was hurt but the bank announced it would remain closed the rest of the day, officials said.
Tribune photographer John Kim and reporters Carlos Sadovi, Jeremy Gorner, Adam Sege and freelance reporter Dennis Sullivan contributed.

^^^^^Did you notice the difference between the way this was reported/handled vs. Ferguson. No mention of race for either the cops or the robbers. They are handling it themselves and not asking for Federal help. Also this is not all over the news. No race baiters heading to the airports. No camera crews setting up all around the scene of the crime.

That would appear to be accurate.

http://www.truthrevolt.org/news/peterson-michael-brown-trayvon-20

The violent reactions and unseemly activities over the shooting death of Michael Brown are, in many ways, uncannily similar to the response after Trayvon Martin’s death. Over the past week we’ve been led to believe that 18-year-old Michael Brown, like Trayvon, was a “sweet,” innocent kid tiptoeing through the tulips when he was shot and killed.

The glaring similarities and the liberal narrative to hide the facts are disturbing.

The liberal media portrayed Trayvon as a “good kid” who was walking home with a bag of Skittles when he was gunned down by the racist, “white Hispanic” George Zimmerman. The reality is that Trayvon was a thug, and he escalated the altercation by viciously assaulting Zimmerman.

The liberal account described Michael Brown as a college-bound “gentle giant” – gunned down without provocation by a racist police department. The reality is that Brown had just committed a strong-armed robbery inside a convenience store before his fight with the officer that resulted in his death.

The troubling similarities between these two cases do not end there.

In the Trayvon Martin case, Al “Riot King” Sharpton, the NAACP, the racist New Black Panther Party and other useless black activists prematurely convicted George Zimmerman in the court of public opinion, resulting in a $10,000 bounty being placed on Zimmerman.

The race hustlers and Trayvon’s vulture lawyers are now representing Michael Brown’s parents. Some of these people are also fomenting hatred and violence against the police. They even intimidated the cops into releasing the name of the officer involved in the shooting, putting his life at risk. Some liberal media outlets also published information about the officer’s residence!

Moral equivalence

Barack Obama seems to interject in every white-on-black, racially charged situation.

Obama put his foot in his mouth when he said on national TV, “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.”

And when Obama addressed rioting and unrest in Ferguson from Martha’s Vineyard last week, he made no moral distinction between the looters and police. He actually scolded the cops, saying, “There’s no excuse for police to use excessive force.” The fact is, there have been no serious injuries of civilians by police amidst the unrest.

Undermining the police

But it’s not just Obama giving the benefit of the doubt to the thugs over the police. Too often, citizens are also buying into the liberal lies. The police are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

Left-wing activists and the liberal press, with the aid of Eric Holder’s In-Justice Department are undermining the public’s confidence in local law enforcement agencies.

They falsely branded the Sanford Police as “racists” during the Trayvon Martin shooting investigation – opening the door for the feds to take over.

The FBI is now investigating whether Ferguson police violated Michael Brown’s civil rights. Ferguson police have been ordered to stand down to appease Obama, Holder and the rioters.

The liberal narrative portrayed Trayvon Martin’s home life and his parents as stable. The fact is, he was a very troubled teen, raised in a broken home.

Michael Brown is also the product of a broken home. His mother and father (the guy with the “no justice, no peace” T-shirt) are already demanding the death penalty for the officer.

The left does not care about Michael Brown or Trayvon.

Liberal Democrat politicians, the NAACP and other leftist groups like ANSWER (an anti-America, pro-Hamas group) used the acquittal of George Zimmerman to motivate left-wing voters in the 2012 election. They’re now beginning to organize and unify around an anti-cop, pro-Michael Brown message to turn out liberal Democrats for the 2014 election. Shameless!

The mainstream media – in collusion with liberal black “leaders,” adhere to a set of biased narratives that portray black thugs as victims of white racism.

Before the bombshell surveillance video showing Michael Brown robbing a convenience store, the media were pushing the story that this was an innocent teenager. Despite efforts by Eric Holder to suppress the video, its release is causing people to step back and think twice about the information they’re getting from the media.

Similarly, the turning point in the Trayvon Martin case occurred when images of George Zimmerman’s battered face and audio of the altercation were finally released.

I recently tweeted the following in response to the Ferguson riots:

“Once I become president I’m going to forbid white cops from policing black cities because they’re not wanted & appreciated. #CopsNeedLoveToo.”

Rejecting the con

How does the black community stop itself from being used by self-serving politicians, the liberal media and race hustlers?

Blaming racism and using police as scapegoats is not the solution. The only thing that will bring about calm and prevent more deaths is black men and women getting married, setting a good example and raising their children right.

Remember – Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown were products of broken homes.

When young black men have good parents they will naturally respect authority, including police. Then and only then will these types of intolerable situations finally cease.

Please explain "Professional Racists on both sides". Are you putting those who don't see it as racial on the same level as those who do?

If you don't realize that there are racists on your side who use crap like this to forward their racist agenda, just like Sharpton does on his, I can't help you.

Please explain what that racist agenda would be. Still very vague. You can't help me because you can't answer the question. Very simple. Who "on the other side" is like a Sharpton. Get real and what would their agenda be. Get real. The theme on this thread is to let the proper people sort it out. That is the exact opposite of what the race baiters want but that does not mean they use crap to forward anything except patience, transparency and eventually to let justice take it's course. There is no racial agenda involved there.

" Despite the fact that I lean right on most political issues, "

Please list the issues that you lean right on.

Been thru this many times in the past. In fact last time you questioned me about my stance on abortion and I answered it so don't ask again.

1. I am against abortion except in first trimester.
2. I am in favor of someone owning a gun. I have no desire to own one myself but feel everyone has the right to bear arms.
3. I am totally against unions.
4. I don't believe in global warming
5. I am against extending UE benefits. If a person can't find a job in 26 weeks they aren't looking hard enough in my book.
6. I think welfare recipients should be drug tested periodically and stripped of their benefits if they test positive. I don't really consider this a right/left issue since neither party seems to want to fix our system but the system is fucked up and needs to be fixed.

Min sure there are others but this is just a few.

Also, I have voted Republican just as much as Democrat in my life in Presidential elections. In fact probably more Republican than Democrat. I don't follow a party. I vote for who I think is best for the job no matter what his party.

Not sure why I even posted this because the right wing loons will still call me a libtard on here. Only the liberals on here understand what I am and that's why I don't have a problem with them.

WW:" I vote for who I think is best for the job no matter what his party. " Did you vote for Obama and if so how did you determine he was the best for the job. Did you look into his background very deeply and those who have influenced and supported him going back to his childhood. Love to hear how you arrived at your decision.

I voted for Obama in 2008, but not in 2012. And I have already stated on here(not in this thread but elsewhere) that I will not vote Democrat in 2016 no matter who runs.
