Schottenheimer says he will "without a doubt" use Greene as a bell cow, feature runner, and expects him to be a consistent 18+ carry per week back. The plan is for Green to exceed 300 carries. "Take note fantasy football owners," writes NY Daily News reporter Manish Mehta, "Schottenheimer & Co. firmly believe he’s ready to be the workhorse." Schottenheimer specifically praised Greene's improvement in blitz pickup, which will help keep him on the field. If he gets 300 carries as the Jets expect, Greene will be a virtual lock to finish as an RB1.
