Barman -- I appreciate the extra five to account for the fee, but that's not the point. If I accept your credit card payment. I change my status back to premiere, which I don't want to do, because it means I get a fee. They told me if I ever accept another payment by credit card, I go back to premiere and I will not be able to change it back. Even if someone sends me money from their PayPal account or from the existing bank account, as I explained before, I will receive the money with a fee taken out. Credit card payments must be transferred to PayPal funds before you send the payment. I have denied the payment. You should be receiving it within a few days. When you actually get the money into your PayPal account resend it. Thanks for trying.

Well -I sympathize with you Barman. It was a the fault of E-Bay that created this shit. Their stupid new policy says if you are dealing with a CC to your account there will be a fee involved. I believe it started with E-bayers getting shafted by bogus CC payments. So PayPal says OK if your an E-bayer or deal in CC payments you will need insurance so we will charge a fee. Premier accounts are the only accounts that can do CC transactions. Acceeding to a payment by CC automatically vaults you into the "Sure - instead of you -PayPal- I will accept an exorbitant unecessary fee so I can pay for your fucking insurance liabilities." which is in the fine print somewhere so we never saw it coming. It automaticly defaults you to a Premier account status. The policy has been going on since last July. I am in this little club contest with about 10 other bettors that we play for $5 per week. So I finally noticed when I reviewed my payments received that at the end of the month instead of say - getting $25.00 Id get $23.97.
They took $4.32 out of Scott's payment which may or may not have been CC or Personal account funds. It didnt matter. When your in Premier account status it takes a fee AS IF its a CC payment and theres always a toll fee. On all forms of payment. So I called PayPal and said WTF and they explained the whole thing. I was in an automatic "Premier" account status now because somebody sent me a CC payment and I clicked "accept" instead of "deny" not realizing what that would do to my account status. Thats how you know it's a CC. it asks you - accept or deny? If the money is sent from PayPal account funds or from a checking account it just goes into your account- no questions asked. See PayPal was never like Netteller and they dont regard a CC as real money (absolutely true BTW)- its fiat money. They dont trust it anymore. So I said put me the fuck back to my Personal account status and they said OK but we cant be switching people back and forth all the time so if you ever accept a CC payment again you are Premier again forever. PayPal sucks- plain and simple- but with Netteller gone its the only game in town.

When you log in to PayPal it should show you something like this:

<SCRIPT type=text/javascript><!--/* SiteCatalyst Variables */s.prop1="p/acc/index";s.prop6="9JH91482U7539371K";s.prop7="Personal";s.prop8="Verified";s.prop9="Unrestricted";s.prop10="US";s.prop34="PayPalCredit:Servicing:CO:NoTransactions";s.pageName="Account Overview";s.channel="Account Overview";s.prop50="en_US";s.prop18="";/************* DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE ! **************/var s_code=s.t();if(s_code)document.write(s_code)//--></SCRIPT><SCRIPT type=text/javascript><!--if(navigator.appVersion.indexOf('MSIE')>=0)document.write(unescape('%3C')+'\!-'+'-')//--></SCRIPT>

Its no good for sending me money even though PayPal says youve made a payment.

Make sure it looks like the first example with actual funds in your account and then send it. I should get it with no problems. I already had the same problem with sweet Lou and had to Deny his CC payment. Now Im waiting for him to get funds into his account too.

Good luck - I hope this helps you understand this moronic PayPal policy and what to do.@)

It can take 4-5 business days to get the money from your bank account into your PP account.

Once you have a good track record with paypal, they will allow instant transfers from your checking account. It still comes out of your checking account the next business day, but they make the funds available to the recipient immediately.

just need to establish a history first

ITS OFFICIAL.

Festering zit is a POS Welcher.

Think he can withstand the unrelenting bombardment across the street where I am seeing to it he will never have a moment's rest until he pays up?

We shall see.

Its not so much for the $20 that I seek revenge.

Its that I almost bet $200 with him.

But with a scumbag name like hes got its tough to scam anybody!!!!

20 Bucks? RU kidding me? I forgot about how small this wager was until you "sweetened the pot" and got me for $140. You trimmed nearly a full percentage point off my profit in the Conference Tournaments ya bastid!

No . Just finish what you started in a PayPal I've got a Trading Places wager that it won't get here till next Wednesday. That would be an entire month gone by. At this rate, you might actually be paying me in a new currency to replace the dollar. That's my kook prediction anyway..@)
