The difference between Obama and a terminated embryo is that the woman carrying Obama WANTED him to be born. The women who terminate unwanted embryos and fetuses do NOT WANT a baby to be born.

In The United States of America, only the pregnant woman has the authority to decide if the collision of a sperm and an egg will result in a baby later being born.

Many others dream of having that authority for a variety of reasons. But until they are successful at changing the laws of the USA, they'll just have to stand back and let the pregnant woman make her own decision.
