So how did I get this useing the chart I posted called your own figs
we want the Deceleration between the 2 figs so lets take #1 last race
88-77 / -11 now for BL we are use the 2 call 2c-str so the 2c=2.0 str=4.75 =6.5 means I will use 3.2 so now you will
add that to the -11= -14.2
I round down to 1/2 I do not use 1/4 or 3/4
