UConn is known for stinking it up for the past few years. Their team didn't play football at all during the Covid season and returned last year to stink it up again. They have a new QB in town from Maine, but that alone does not make me think that the culture within the team has changed. NC State's starter at QB transferred to Kentucky then Virginia's quarterback (B. A Armstrong) transferred to NC State. Armstrong had a terrible year last year with 7 touchdowns to 12 ints, but the season prior he had 31 touchdown to 10 ints. At NC State he will be linking back up with the OC from his better season.
