Are ties allowed in U21 semi-final games being played on 26 June? They must be, right, otherwise it's free money with each side at better than +100. So what am I missing?

Bets are evaluated typical after 90min +stoppage/injury time. They do not factor in AET or Penalties. So, no it is NOT free money.
