No one is calling me for a job interview (In Costa Rica)

Take out the stuff that is not relevant. If you are a line manager, no one cares that you worked at McD's 10 years ago. Worse it shows you do not have the common sense to leave that out of your resume. Finding employees with common sense seems to be hard to come by.

No, its not that, if you read my 2nd post this what I put:

...my last 3 jobs and 3 references. Of course with my contact info and where I was born, etc.

And its not 3 pages long as mentioned before its only 2, that was my bad!

Before it was 3 pages long but I remembered that I cut it down a bit

Well the Problem that I have is that Your IP, tells me Different !!

It tells me that you are in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Not Costa Rica

It also says that it is Not a Proxy, so I'm not sure what to think.

Oh yea, well I work for HP and I take IT calls for Procter & Gamble users, so my IP is located in Cincinnati.

it very likely is a corporate vpn which wouldnt report as a proxy, also an anonymous proxy shouldnt report as a proxy either .. my bet however is that its a corporate vpn.

Why do you even have your citizenship on your resume?

If your U.S. educational and work experience is not relevant (and I seriously doubt it is) just cut it off your resume.

But I'm with NES, I doubt anyone is hiring anyone but hot chics.

Why would you have either your U.S. citizenship, education, and work experience (which I may have wrongly presumed) or U.S. birthplace on your resume??

Or tell us, how is the fact you are born in the United States conveyed in your resume?

Well usually what I've seen in resumes is that at the begining or at the top it would usually show your name, birthdate, birth place, cedula and phone number. So that's one reason and the other would be that I'm applying to a place or places where english is required, I guess when HR sees that it should be a plus but now I'm seeing that I could've put I was born in England and I still wont receive a phone call! lol!

So I guess by putting that I thought it would be a plus... Guess not, because yesterday I spoke with my GF's sister and she asked HR why I havent been called yet and they said because of my english and I was like... Ok... They havent even called yet! So how do they know? And she said well I was bonr in the states and my english is 100%...

I guess my conclusion is like what you guys said right now they aint hiring exp people right now and they want to hire in August... IDK, I look at my resume and I just dont see anything that would say do not call this person!
