They graded a simple two team MLB total parlay as a loser that was a winner. It was over 8.5 runs on both games from last night. Both games went over easily. You would think this is rocket science. It was a boosted odds parlay so I'm sure hundreds of people bet it. It should take two seconds to fix instead I've wasted over 30 minutes to get it resolved and it still has to be looked into. I had another bet which wasn't graded. It was the Hurricanes/Bruins game that was played at 11am yesterday that was postponed from the night before due to the 5 period overtime game. In NJ it seems every book has different rules. I had a two team parlay on that game at one book that voided the bet. Naturally one of the two teams had already won on 8/11. Technically they have the right to do so but we are in a different world right now. As several teams are sharing the same ice games can easily be postponed to the next day. The starting times aren't etched in stone. Another book will let that parlay ride. One book says the game must be played within 12 hours of start time. So if that game started at 6am on 8/12 they would have paid it. What is the difference between 12 or 15 hours. I had a baseball parlay where the game was rescheduled to the next day and the parlay counted. I blame Division of Gaming Enforcement for all this. There should be one standard set of rules that NJ licensed books should follow. There isn't one casino table game where the rules vary from casino to casino in NJ.
