NightMares Or Night Terrors ?

Oh man ...... fell asleep & woke- up SCREAMING ?

Had a weird , frightening dream that freaked me out & scared the shit outta me .

I hope this doesn't become a thing with me
Hoping it's just a one-off thing .

A friend who was sleeping next to me ( Julie ) got freaked out by my screaming too
She asked if I was o.k & I told her " yeah " I had a nightmare & I'm just gonna stay up awhile

Just use weed or THC/CBD oil and you'll be too relaxed to have nightmares?

For me, nothing scarier than sleep paralysis....your eyes are open and whatever is around you is incorporated into a scary "dream" and you cant move or do shit while its happening....never really wake up screaming but I have shouted upon waking.

Luckily I havent had one in a while

I used to have a clothes rack that I kept a number of my shirts on , and when I had SP, shirts would would turn into zombies or intruders


The witch appearing at my footboard was the scariest though....the demon on chest thing is no joke either

Eyes wide open, black figure in corner of the room, and you can't move or speak

Finally you can suddenly scream or speak

I can understand why some might think aliens are involved as well
As I have seen them during SP coming through my window

Could it be that demons and/or aliens are simply able to project themselves into our mind while we are asleep...ie they are not really there but can somehow access our brains during sleep?
