This week's parlay:
$20 to win $220
NYJ-9.5 St.L+14 ARZ+5.5 GB+1

Thanks again for taking the time to breakdown a couple games, much appreciated!

Good luck with your card today!

Thanks AJ. Thanks for sharing your parlay ~ they always look good and I love seeing what you finally select. I am waiting on any last minute info that may come in regarding the status of Hasselbeck. Early in the week I heard that he would play despite not practicing all week. Then later in the week I hear he is a scratch. And now I hear it could still be a GTD. I may still like the Over one. I am looking at a few totals right now and watching numbers.

BOL today buddy!

The GB+1 pick was based on Hasselbeck being out and Rodgers being in, didn't know his status was uncertain. Oh well, I still like it. I'll be keeping an eye out for your totals, you've been hitting those with ease recently.

I like the SD and CLE overs, might tail one of those depending on how Baltimore does in the early game.

GL with them all!

Good luck tonight. Looking good so far.
That Baltimore game was painful to watch. :ohno:

Fortunately, I finally hit a parlay to offset the loss.
Oh well, still an exciting day of football!

Ouch. Horrific day at the office. Sorry to anyone who may have followed or was influenced in any way. I was destroyed by the totals today. Did you see that EVERY single game went Under today except for three of them (MIA, PHI, DAL)? Congrats to the Under players today.

Today's Record......5~7......-2.75 units

Season Record.....38~29....+10.80 units

Thanks AJ. Just was not my day today. About half way through the early games it was really looking like everything was going to go my way, with excpetion to the BAL game of course. That one was done early. And you were right ~ your worst case scenario for the BAL / IND game came to life before our very eyes. It was pretty difficult to watch. Nice call unfortunately.

Oh well. It's a marathon and not a sprint. I want to win them all, but I will have to wait another week to try. Great score on your parlay AJ. Hopefully it kept your head above water for the day or better.

Sorry Redus. Pretty deflating way to end the day. It looked like things were going to go our way after an energetic first quarter. I hope you did well on the rest of your action. BOL tomorrow and next week buddy!

The funny thing about the Baltimore game was before it started I was telling a buddy of mine that BAL was going to just run the ball down Indy's throat, keeping Manning off the field and the clock running. I gave him the statistical breakdown of the O v. D, blah blah, eventually talked him into making a small play on them as well. Then Baltimore comes out throwing all those picks in the first half...
Guess Harbaugh had a different gameplan. Oh well.

Good luck tonight. Maybe we're do for an Over...

That one literally made me sick to my stomach AJ. And it didn't take long to know I was completely wrong about the BAL game plan and that IND was finally looking like the team we've grown accustomed to.

As far as my total plays taking a major nose dive this weekend, I am unsure what to expect tonight. I will however be posting a play on a side very soon this evening......

BOL my friend!

Everywhere I look this evening all I see are sharp plays on CLE. The Browns are a huge favorite with the Hilton picks and seem to be an equally huge favorite on the Rx.

Why??

Look, I don't really care who the public is on tonight. I am not saying that I like public plays. In fact, I would much rather be on the opposite side of the public if I can help it, but there are times where logic must prevail over simply avoiding the public play for the sake of avoiding the public play. There are times where the sharpest plays are not necessarily the best plays. And I firmly believe that tonight is one of those times.

NYG's #1 rushing offense (181 ypg) faces CLE's #23 rushing defense (126 ypg) and I expect to see them pound the rock down their throats, slowly wearing them out both physcially and mentally. NYG also brings the #1 scoring offense (31.8 ppg) and the #6 passing offense (250 ypg) to town.

And best of all.....CLE has challenged NYG's manhood and given them some bulletin board material when DT Williams stated that NYG's O-line is "nothing special" and that NYG RB Jacobs loses steam and "tiptoes after you hit him hard." That's crazy talk. Jacobs is a beast and has plenty of backup coming off of the bench to ensure he stays fresh.

On defense NYG has another clear cut advantage. NYG's #6 rushing defense (82 ypg) faces CLE's #25 rushing offense (87 ypg), #1 passing defense (154 ypg) faces the #32 passing offense (124 ypg) and #2 scoring defense (12.2 ppg) faces CLE's #32 scoring offense (11.5 ppg).

CLE's sole win this year came against a woeful CIN team who was starting a backup QB for the first time. And that victory was not even secure until the final whistle blew. And tonight they are missing their #1 third down option (Winslow). They will miss his attitude as well as play making ability.

Emotion has a lot to do with winning in the NFL. And yes, CLE has everything to prove with so many offseason expectations falling by the wayside so early in this season. And yes, all teams seem to get up for MNF games. But NYG is still feeling disrespected like they did last season. They continue to fly under the radar despite winning the Super Bowl and this MNF is their only MNF appearance this season. Look for NYG to withstand any early emotion on the part of CLE and then send a message to the rest of the league about their top-dog status after a weekend that saw WA falter versus STL and DAL falter (and lose Romo) versus ARI.

Thanks for the write-up. Was leaning Cle+9, but wasn't sold, so after reading your analysis I think I'll just let this one go.
I'll be pulling for the Giants, though, good luck, buddy!

Don't listen to me AJ. I cost you money again tonight my friend. That is twice or three times now that I have talked you out of a wager that would have cashed for you.
