Pats - 1.5 1st half.

I don't see the Pats losing this one. Priest will be missed this time around. If the Pats don't cover the 1st half I would anticipate the Pats 2nd half to be a play. Pats do not want Pitt to run off with home field in the AFC. Best of luck.

When do you bet against Green to make green? Tonight. I'm going to make the unheard of, genius play of taking the better team at a field goal or less, Patriots -3. IMHO, if you play the Chiefs in this one, you're hoping that the ghosts of an indian nation will rise up and fire real arrowheads at the Patriots. As long as the Patriots want this one, it's theirs to win, so that's my only concern. There is a chance it could look like last night's game. Favre looked like he had something else to do the whole first half, and so did Sherman, passing the ball on 3rd and 1 twice. If I were to play a half, I'd maybe lean towards playing the 2nd, cause that's when a good team will buckle down, just like the Packers last night. But I'd definitely bet the game bigger than a half at a 2-1 ratio.

Good luck, enjoy the game. (I won't be watching, going to a Wilco/Calexico concert.)

Like the Pats tonight as well. KC without Holmes and without a defense have no chance. That KC defense is atrocious to say the least and probably won't lay a hand on Brady all night. Gunther may have the Chiefs blitzing but will only make it easier for Brady to pick them apart. Weather in KC is very overcast and 49 degrees right now. Perfect New England kind of day. GL

Jaypaw, Crunch, Sm - Good luck to us.

Crunch - How could you miss this game? Enjoy the concert. If I lose the first half on the Pats then I will be able to get a better line on the Pats in the 2nd half as oppossed to the -3 given out for the game.

thanks Lawrence and Hansen. If KC had scored a TD to tie it before Halftime I was ready to lock and load New England in the 2nd half. I'll take the 1-0.

Nice. I did catch the first 18 minutes of the game while enjoying a calzone and salad with the wife at the Pie Pizzeria in Salt Lake City before walking across the street to the U of U for the concert, which, by the way, was amazing, and worth missing any game for, lol. Turned ESPN radio on on the drive home and was elated to hear the final score of 27-19, giving me the small play I'd made on the under as well.
