The Cincinnati Bengals have won nine of their 15 games this season, but three of their six losses have come against the two teams ahead of them in the AFC North standings. The Bengals have the chance to clinch the final AFC Wild Card spot with a win over one of them this Sunday as they take on the Baltimore Ravens in their season finale, and the game could have the biggest impact of any contest during an exciting weekend for players and price per head sports as the Ravens are also fighting with the Pittsburgh Steelers for first place in the division.

The Ravens and Steelers are tied at 11 wins, and if Baltimore can find a way to repeat their effort against Cincinnati from earlier in the year, they could be able to move ahead. Ray Lewis and company won that game by forcing Bengals’ quarterback Andy Dalton to throw three interceptions, with Ravens’ running back Ray Rice sealing the deal with 104 rushing yards and two scores. Cincinnati will need to find a way to slow down Rice and avoid the turnovers that cost them in the first game, but that task may be a lot easier said than done as underdogs according to the pay head bookies.

The fact that the Chargers were even in the AFC West division race up until last weekend is testament to the inability of the Broncos and Raiders to get the job done and close out as it is San Diego’s strong play over the past few weeks overall. The Chargers travel to Oakland looking to play spoiler and finish with a .500 record within the division, and they will face a tough test on a Raiders’ team that has gone all-in. Head coach Tom Cable finally found a way to help his team break out of a three-game slide with an overtime win against the Kansas City Chiefs, but could be in for a rude awakening in the season finale as home favorites according to the per head listings.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Denver Broncos (-3.5)

For everything that has gone in to this season and the magic surrounding the rise of Tim Tebow, it is scary that he might actually fail to lead his Broncos to the postseason. A win over a Chiefs’ team that has won just two of their last eight games could be easier said than done considering their new quarterback is former Denver starter Kyle Orton, who happens to have a massive chip on his shoulder after losing his job in the Mile High, and now wants his chance at revenge. Kansas City ended the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers’ dreams of an undefeated season, and then took Oakland to overtime, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if this game came down to the wire regardless of what the bookies software provides.
