The ACC versus the Big X matches a pair of pretty good teams from a year ago who should be capable of 20 win seasons. The Wolfpack has a talented Big Three of 6'-6" Julius Hodge (18 ppg, 8 rpg, 5 apg), 6'-8" senior Marcus Melvin (6 rpg) and 6’-3” Scooter Sherrill (17 ppg). They've picked up three easy early season wins and this will be their first test. Michigan (3-0 SU) was surprised at Butler on Sunday before winning 60-59 in OT as a 3-point favorite. Butler hung in before a late surge by the Wolverines. 6'-3" Dan Horton with 16 points and 6'-6" forward Bernard Robinson with 11 paced Michigan. NC State is an outside-in team while Michigan is inside-out offense. The Wolfpack were just 4-9 SU on the road (6-6-1 ATS) last season, but they match up well with the Wolverine in what shapes up as a close battle.
