Believe me, there have been some pretty wacky numbers out there.
And this is not unusual for a World Cup. I'm talking about -1.5 +110
and +1.5 +110 kinda stuff. Not bad lines, either. Just strong
differences of opinion.

Thanks for the insight. Just wanted to see if this is the same nail biting I've done thus far betting all the dogs in one way or another and/or the draws and being up over 15 units this worldcup.

olim, i have been on my fair share of dogs so far in this tourney but for this game it will be Italy or no bet for me. Can't back the All Whites here...current numbers on SBR shows 54% on New Zealand and 46% on the Azzurri and similar numbers for other places so there is no *public* plays and all that stuff for this game.

Everybody will look at the most recent match and say New Zealand hung tough with a Slovakian side, which is showing their true forms right about now, while Italy was held at bay by a very good Paraguayan side. And the book still throws out a -1.5 spread with juice on top? I don't buy this at all my friend.

If Paraguay does in fact prevail in this game, it will put more pressure on Italy to win here. They don't want to go into the last game and have to fight against a Slovakian that has nothing to lose. The question then is: Can New Zealand put a goal in the net today?

Hate to go against you but at least one of us will be a winner.
