So this has to resonate here on this board who seem to like wagering contests over Survivors.
We just opened up the Shares Showdown Contest. If you wish for the full rules, e-mail pinnaclesurvivor@gmail.com But in a summary:
Entry is $75. You get a 1,000 unit fictional bankroll to wager with over the course of the contest (Thursday-Sunday). You can rebuy and add-on until Friday night, after that, once you hit zero units, you are out. The total entries will determine that contests prize and the Top 20% advance to the Finals in October. All plays are made through a Google Form. There are six qualifying contests from January to September. The Top 20% of each will qualify for that October Final, which will be funded by 45% of the entry fees. The October Final will pay out the Top 6 and you cannot buy directly into that contest. You MUST qualify through one of the satellites throughout the year.
The first contest starts this Thursday (January 16-19). Late registrations will be accepted until the conclusion of all Thursday games. At that point, the entries will be set and the Top 20% will be set as well.
